The local Blauer Wildbacher grape variety is traditionally devolved to the Schilcher, the typical ros of Styria: with this cuve disgorged in November 2015, Strohmeier makes it an invigorating sparkling wine with notes of red fruits (cherry, currant) nuanced with floral touches underlined by fine spices, and with cheerful bubbles.
