Corey Ryan and Simon Cowham have a combined 50+ vintages amassed in the Barossa between them ,they are experts at growing and making wines from this famed region. This Shiraz is dense garnet in colour, with an alluring mix of red licorice, spiced plum and white chocolate aromas.
