I get hungry just looking at the pictures! I love Ottolenghis books both for his approach to respecting the ingredients he uses and for the slightly Mideastern touches. Honey Roasted Carrots with Tahini Yogurt is a personal favorite. I also love the way the book is organized by cooking method: baked versus fried or braised.
