Our chief Tea Sommelier spent a great deal of time, exploring and tasting what was available for vanilla Rooibos tisanes. The result was most always a let down. So when we decided to create our own version of this super popular tisane, we chose the Madagascar Bourbon varietal vanilla bean. We soaked the rooibos in this for an extended time, cupped it, and were ecstatic with the results.
