Long Winter - Bourbon and Rum Barrel Aged Baltic Porter 10% BYOB display Souring Bacteria: LactobacillusBack in June 2024, we joined forces with our friends at Bracket Brewing to brew a big Baltic Porter. We kept a portion of it to fill both a bourbon and a rum barrel, and they were left to rest for 12 months. Time has worked its magic, melding the smooth vanilla and caramel notes from the bourbon, with the deep molasses and spice from the rum. Beneath the barrel character lies a silky porter with layers of dark chocolate and dried fruit. 10% ABV, 375mL
