A blend of 2 barrels made this beer. One brewed with Toronto Brewing that showcased a depth of caramels dark sugars and another we brewed that has a full bouquet of various dried dark fruits. This beer is rich and elegant with caramel, prune, toffee, fig, vanilla and smooth bourbon. Medium full bodied with a medium low
