Farr Rising Garganega Rondinella with flowery and brioche undertonesDriven by their love of Soave and a desire to make their own wine, the Farrs planted Garganega on a north facing slope with grey sandy loam over limestone and ironstone. The wine is naturally fermented, split evenly between tank and one year old oak barrels, and bottled after 10 months. This approach preserves bright, refined acidity while allowing the wine to develop complexity. Fresh, expressive and approachable, its a delightful work in progress
