Blurred Style - Hazy Belgian Golden Strong IPA BYOB display Simcoe and StrataA blurring of styles, this beer takes inspiration from all around the world. Starting with a golden bodied malt base of Australian and German origin (including some haze creating grains). We then use New Zealand hops to give it a prominent bitterness in the vein of American IPAs. Finally we open ferment the beer with a Belgian Abbey yeast strain. An interesting blend of both hop and yeast derived spicy and fruity notes. 8% ABV Malt: Pilsner, Dark
