Hallelujahs – Eat Meat, Swear an Oath / 肉を喰らひて誓ひをたてよ [LP] Avant-Garde / Leftfield described as mind-cinema of the"A dreamlike dispatch from mid 80's Japan, the first and only Hallelujahs album is an entrancing and gentle work of psychedelic pop brilliance. Friends gathered in the studio by Shinji Shibayama (Nagisa Ni Te), Hallelujahs created a music of deep feeling and wonderment with simple song craft and a guileless magic. The album was the first release by the now revered ORG Records in 1986 in a micro edition of 300 copies. With affinities to the sounds of
